With the influence of a traditional American Hamptons/colonial style and inspired by the clients travels to Canada and the US, this new home built in Jannali in the Sutherland Shire was a very enjoyable project for Hatchway Developments having the opportunity to build something a little different in style.

Featuring subtle decorative details throughout, this unique and inviting home created a welcoming environment of warmth and timeless charm. Construction material and joinery was sourced locally and internationally to accurately represent a timeless American Hamptons/colonial style design.
